About the Camp
Language Immersion Summer Camp at HWIS offers a fun, immersive environment integrating language, science, math and art- all while developing students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin or Spanish! Themes include: "Birds, Planes, UFOs", "Our Warming Planet", "Cooking Around the World" and "Olympics - The Science of Sports".

In addition to the theme-oriented and project-based learning in the classroom, our camps integrate sports activities to keep the learning active and fun!

HWIS has been a leader in immersion education for over 18 years with camps taught by experienced educators who are native speakers of Mandarin or Spanish.

Camp Hours

• Half Day: 9:00a-12:00p (ages 2-4 only)
• Full Day: 9:00a-3:00p
• Early Care: 8:00-9:00a (add'l cost)
• After Care: 3:00-6:00p (add'l cost)

Pricing Information

• Regular Weekly Rates: $925 for full day, $580 for half day (ages 2-4 only)
• Early Bird Weekly Rates: $880 for full day, $550 for half day (ages 2-4 only)
• Weekly Early Care Rates: $50 or $40 for week 2
• Weekly After Care Rates: $125 or $100 for week 2
• Week 2 Prorate Rate: July 1-5 is prorated for camp and extended care pricing
