Behind the scenes: Grace Cathedral Architectural talk and tour for 12 with Bridget Maley

Join Grace Trustee and architectural historian Bridget Maley for an illustrated lecture on the murals, stained glass, and other art treasures of Grace Cathedral. Bridget will highlight the significant works that reflect the various eras of construction of Grace Cathedral. She will focus on the work of muralist Jan De Rosen, the stained glass studios of Connick, Willet, and Loire, and several inspirational pieces by influential artists.

Following Bridget's lecture, your group of 12 will be guided on a tour of some of the highlighted cathedral works.

About Bridget Maley

Bridget is the owner of architecture + history, llc (a + h) an architectural history and historic preservation consulting firm. Bridget has participated in award-winning projects throughout San Francisco and the West, including Golden Gate Park's Conservatory of Flowers, design guidelines for Historic Downtown Los Angeles, and numerous projects involving significant buildings in our National Parks. Bridget has served as President of the San Francisco Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board and is a former board member of the Chicago-based Society of Architectural Historians.
