ARTIST STATEMENT:

My journey as a visual artist bridges continents and cultures, weaving together the rich experiences of my time in China, France, and the United States. This diverse background has shaped a distinctive style that fuses varied influences into a cohesive artistic vision.

At the core of my work lies a profound passion for creation. I draw from the vast tapestry of human culture, historical artifacts, and the untouched beauty of nature. These elements are the lifeblood of my artistic process, inspiring each piece I create.
My style balances the dreamlike qualities of Surrealism with the raw emotion of Expressionism. Every brushstroke and vibrant splash of color is crafted to evoke feelings, spark thoughts, and invite viewers into a narrative rich with imagery. My art seeks to connect on an emotional level, beyond mere visual appeal.

Deeply rooted in both Asian and American cultures, my work reflects these dual influences and serves as an introspective exploration of my dreams and memories.

My goal is to tell compelling stories through my art. Each piece is a narrative, whether it's a tale of hope, strength, joy, or an exploration of emotions that resonate with the human experience. I believe art transcends language, touching the essence of what it means to be human. It has the power to inspire, heal, and connect people across cultural boundaries through its universal language of creativity and expression.

In essence, my art is not just a collection of visual pieces; it's a journey, an exploration, and a testament to the profound impact art can have on our lives.
