If the animal sold is said to not be a sound breeder by the buyer, the seller retains the right to obtain said female back, make sure she is in good shape and have 6 months to determine if she is a sound breeder themselves. Any female that is purchased and placed in an embryo transplant program and subject to super-ovulation will not be guaranteed as a sound breeder.

Green Cattle Co. and Locust Grove Livestock will retain two flushes with a minimum of 6 viable embryos per flush (total of at least 12 viable embryos) at the buyer's convenience and the seller's expense.
