The Boss Hog Edition is the first American Whiskey finished using Japanese Umeshu and created using koji fermentation. The bottle is adorned with the Samurai Scientist - Jokichi Takamine, who pioneered using koji in American whiskey. It is intensely aromatic with cinnamon, maple, and toasted marshmallow. A palate of tobacco, ginger, baking spices, and savory umami create a rich elegant profile. A long finish of oak spice and a touch of smoke.
