In addition, it continues to be bottled from a single barrel that is hand-selected based on its flavor profile.

Tasting Notes: Strong vanilla on the nose with dried fruit, dark chocolate, honeyed notes and cereal. The palate is rich with caramel, charred oak and subtle peppery spice. The finish is lingering and pleasantly sweet like many Buffalo Trace Distillery bourbons.
