Welcome to our extraordinary retreat in NashVegas, also known as "The Music City"! Prepare to be enchanted by the boundless warmth and comfort of our private oasis.

• Your trip will be scheduled for a Thursday-Monday and will be booked through the owner (Jon and Kathryn Marinas, HCA parents)

Indulge in our townhome's unbeatable location-a hidden gem nestled in a serene cul-de-sac within a lively neighborhood. Located in the vibrant heart of Music City, you are just a short walk away from all the major attractions. Immerse yourself in the charm of our neighborhood, with fantastic restaurants, cozy bars, delightful coffee shops, and entertainment venues awaiting your exploration.

Venture beyond our doorstep, and within a mile, discover high-end shops, the trendy 12 South district, the lively Gulch, Belmont, and the iconic Music Row. Extend your journey just a bit further, finding yourself amidst the vibrancy of Vanderbilt, Lower Broadway, Honky Tonks, the historic Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Riverfront Park, Music City Center, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Step into our haven, where warmth and quality embrace you. Marvel at 10' ceilings, stunning hardwood floors, and an abundance of large windows creating an inviting ambiance. The master bedroom boasts a plush king bed, the guest bedroom a comfortable queen bed, and a third bedroom a bunk bed-providing diverse sleeping options. The living room, adorned with a sleeper sofa, ensures flexibility and convenience.

Entertainment abounds at every corner, as five expansive HD smart TVs are strategically positioned throughout the residence. The living room, a bustling focal point of energy, showcases acoustic guitars and a sizable LED TV equipped with surround sound. Indulge in a drink or two from our meticulously stocked bar cart, enhancing your enjoyment of this vibrant space.

House Layout:

· Bed Configuration

· First Floor: 1 full bed

· Second Floor: Queen Bunk Beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Full Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

· Third Floor: Main suite furnished with a king bed, a chair, and a wall-mounted TV. There is also a large walk-in closet and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

· The second suite has a queen, and fa rollaway cot, a wall-mounted TV, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
