What is STAG-A-PALOOZA?

STAG-A-PALOOZA (formally Night at the Races/Casino Night) is the largest annual fundraising event for St. Agnes. All the proceeds from STAG-A-PALOOZA will enhance Saint Agnes School's excellent academic programs as well as support all aspects of student life from safety to sustainability efforts

This event is an opportunity for you to meet, volunteer and socialize with the incredible families that make St. Agnes such a unique and amazing school. Your commitment to volunteering is up to you and any time you are willing to give is greatly appreciated.

Some of the activities that you can look forward to the night of the fundraiser are music, dancing, silent and live auctions, raffle baskets, teacher treasures, and more! STAG-A-PALOOZA is a BYOB and food event, but beer and soda refreshments are complimentary and premium food and beverages will be available for purchase. 

Tickets are $75 per person. We also offer a limited number of sponsorships which provide exclusive benefits to include tickets, reserved table, complimentary refreshments, parking, advertisement for your family or business and more!

The Disco Dance Off

St. Agnes' largest fundraiser, now known as "STAG-A-PALOOZA"  is taking place on April 13th, 2024, and we are asking for your help through our Disco Ball Dance Off Donation Opportunity. This is the opportunity for our students at St. Agnes to get involved, and have fun while supporting a great cause! Our Student Fundraising Efforts have proven to be a great way to support our parish and school!! Last year, our students brought in approximately $11,000!

To donate - Go to Items, and Select The Disco Ball, Pick your amount, and include your name, the student(s) name, and the name of their Disco Dancer!

What is The Disco Dance Off ?

• The Disco Dance Off is a combination of St. Agnes families, grandparents, relatives, and friends who you think would love to make a donation to St. Agnes.  Each donation is recognized by listing the sponsor and student(s) names in the event program, as well as on our "Disco Dance Floor" in the school cafeteria. With each donation, you have the opportunity to Name a Disco Dancer on behalf of the student you are donating for!

Why do the students get so excited about the fundraiser?

• The top 3 grades with the most number of donations win top notch class prizes! That is the quantity of donations, not the total dollar value! We value any size donation!
• Each time a student gets a donation on their behalf, they will earn a ticket that enters them into a raffle for a bundle of prizes, to include Dress Down Days, STAG SWAG and more! There will be one raffle per grade!
• The students love to see what name you give their disco dance, and they experience a sense of joy and fulfillment knowing they are making a difference in enhancing their school environment.

How do you donate to the fundraiser?

• It is easy to do! Your child(ren) can send or email the Disco Dance Off letter to family and friends.  Donors can donate either online at www.STAGAPALOOZA24.givesmart.com or by completing the attached Disco Dance Donation Form and returning it to school along with the donation. This is a super and easy way to get your child(ren) involved in helping their school!! We have included a HOW TO Document to assist donors on how to donate through the website.

When are Donations Do?

• Donations received by March 31st will be recognized at the event.  Donations received after that date but before the event will still be honored on the Disco Dance Floor in the school cafeteria.
