Thank you for supporting Cochise Elementary School's 22nd Annual Bobcat Bash Silent Auction! Before bidding, please review the following terms and conditions:
- All Sales Are Final - There will be no exchanges, refunds, or returns on items once purchased.
- Items Are Sold "As Is" - Descriptions and values are provided by donors, and Cochise Elementary School is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or usability of auction items.
- Expiration & Restrictions - Some items, including gift certificates and experiences, may have expiration dates and/or restrictions. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to review and adhere to these terms.
- Payment & Pickup - Winning bidders must make full payment at the conclusion of the event and collect their items. If arrangements are needed for later pickup, they must be coordinated in advance.
- Liability Release - Cochise Elementary School, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may result from the use of auction items.
- Tax Deductibility - Auction purchases may not be fully tax-deductible. Please consult a tax professional regarding deductibility.

The Bobcat Bash is Cochise's leading fundraiser, and everyone is hard at work to make sure this is a great parents night out--with a purpose! Every dollar raised at the Bobcat Bash directly impacts the quality of education and resources for our students.
The "Bash" as we like to call it, is organized by the Cochise APT and volunteers, however, we can't do it without the help of all of you! We count on local and national businesses, parents, family members, and our local community to help us reach our goal. This year our goal is to raise over $175,000.
Why Your Donation Matters
Every dollar raised at the Bobcat Bash directly impacts the quality of education and resources for our students. With your help, we can:
- Support the annual salaries of staff aides, who assist 45 teachers and over 650 students at our school.
- Fund our Special Needs Program, which is among the largest in the Scottsdale district.
- Invest in technology upgrades that empower and engage our students.
- Promote health and fitness initiatives.
