While we strive to capture the true essence of our artwork in the photos, it's important to remember that colors may appear slightly different in person. Therefore, we recommend referring to the photos and descriptions for the most accurate representation.
Now, here's some essential information to make your auction purchase a breeze:
Once the auction concludes, successful bidders will be required to make payment for their won items. As soon as that's sorted, you can schedule an appointment to collect your artwork from our museum within ten business days. Should you require shipping, just let us know, and we'll gladly assist you in coordinating the process. Please keep in mind that any shipping expenses will need to be covered by the buyer. We'll take care of packaging, whether it's for local transportation or FedEx Ground shipment. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that the museum cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. There may also be customs processing and additional charges for international shipments.
