Descriptions of these delicious bottles are included below --

Poggio al Tesoro Mediterra 2019
The flavor of Mediterra fully reflects the characteristics of Bolgheri, displaying an extraordinary harmony between the freshness of its aromas and its warm, powerful flavors. The spicy note lent by the Syrah varietal makes the wine intensely enjoyable as well as easy to drink. Ruby red in color with purple tints, this is a fragrant and intensely fruity wine, in which blackberry, plum and cherry are underpinned by spicy notes of white pepper and elegant herbaceous aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and surprisingly persistent.
Try with meat dishes, cured meats and medium-mature cheeses such as pecorino, caciotta and toma. It should be served slightly chilled with fish dishes such as mullet with tomatoes, fish stews and Livorno-style baccalà (traditional salt cod).

Poggio al Tesoro Il Seggio 2016
Intense ruby red in color. The nose offers nice fresh and crunchyfruit, enriched with mineral and spicy notes. The palate ismedium bodied with red berry notes. The tannins are elegant, silky, enveloping and very soft. The finish is precise, clean andlively.
Blend: 50% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot

Poggio al Tesoro Solosole Vermentino 2021
This bright straw yellow wine has aromas of acacia blossom, yellow plums and subtle grapefruit. Medium bodied, the palate is refined and succulent with refreshing acidity and delicate apricot on the finish.

Tornatore Etna Bianco 2021

The Etna Bianco is born from the skillful vinification of the white grape vines Carricante, cultivated in volcanic soils with a high vocation and arranged in terraces at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level, in the northern slope of the volcano. Straw yellow colored wine with light green shadow that offers mineral notes with menthol scents typical of high wines, green apple with primary aromas characteristic of the variety.

Allegrini Palazzo della Torre 2020

This wine is elegant and well balanced, with a good structure and aroma. Ruby red in color with purple hues, it offers light hints of raisins, sophisticated notes of vanilla, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. It has a long, velvety finish and soft tannins.
Palazzo della Torre easily pairs with various Italian dishes, above all risottos, especially those flavored with saffron, porcini mushrooms and pork; classic dishes such as pasta with Amatriciana and Carbonara sauces, baked lasagna, gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts; grilled meats and roasts. It also excels when matched with Parma ham and fine-cured Zibello pork loin, as well as medium-matured cheeses, especially Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan), pecorino and Monte Veronese.

Renato Ratti Ochetti Langhe Nebbiolo 2021
The Ochetti Langhe Nebbiolo is exceptionally versatile, pairing well with a wide range of cuisines, from traditional Piedmontese dishes like tajarin with truffle or braised meats to more international fare. Its combination of aromatic complexity, palate richness, and approachable character makes it a favorite among enthusiasts looking to explore the subtleties of Nebbiolo without the extensive aging required by Barolo or Barbaresco, offering a sophisticated yet accessible taste experience.
