Seller is retaining the right to two successful flushes on each heifer with a guarantee of at least 6 embryos per flush at the seller's expense and buyer's convenience.

All heifers are guaranteed breeders as long as they are maintained appropriately. Overweight heifers, heifers that are mishandled, and heifers that are traded or resold after this sale will not be guaranteed. Heifers that are flushed or given superovulation drugs will not be guaranteed.

We would like all the sale cattle picked up by November 15th. Buyer is responsible for trucking and transportation for the cattle. We're easy to get along with, give us a call if you need assistance with trucking.
