Chef Annette Colon has offered to cook a 5 to 7 course meal for up to 8 lucky guests! If you have ever enjoyed a meal at Lucia's Restaurant & Wine Bar in Uptown, you have experienced the culinary cuisine of Chef Annette Colon. Annette worked at Lucia's for 11 years and she is now the chef and founder of The Red Hen Gastrolab. She will work with the winner to style the meal how they choose; a dinner soiree, a backyard style dinner, a teaching dinner, or whatever type of dinner party you would like. Complementing dinner will be pairings of wine offered by Ted Farrell of Haskell's. Available on a mutually agreeable date through November 2015.
