Welcome to our Fall Heifer and Genetics sale, animals are available for viewing at the ranch by appointment or feel free to drop in on sale day during our open house from 1 until the sale closes.
All heifers were weaned at the beginning of September and have been worked and vaccinated by our vet hospital. They are broke to tie, have been washed and clipped and have had minimal work leading.
Seller is retaining the right to 2 successful flushes per heifers with a guarantee of at least 6 embryos per flush at the seller's expense and buyer's convenience.
All heifers are guaranteed breeders as long as they are maintained appropriately. Overweight heifers, heifers that are mishandled, and heifers that are traded or resold after this sale will not be guaranteed. Heifers that are flushed or given superovulation drugs will not be guaranteed.
Heifers must be picked up within 10 days of the sale close, or a $5/head feed charge will apply. Please contact us after the sale closes to make arrangements. There is no delivery available, but we will work with you to get you your purchase.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.
SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
