Courtyard Crab Feed

What's the story behind the Crab Feed? The Crab Feed has been the cornerstone of Courtyard's fundraising efforts for 18 years. It's an annual tradition where we gather for a night of community, fun and philanthropy to raise vital resources for our school.

When & Where is the Crab Feed? It's on Saturday, March 14 at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, 616 Alhambra Blvd, across from McKinley Park. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 5:30pm, dinner is served at 7:30pm, and the event ends at 10:30pm.

What's included in my ticket? Your ticket includes a Pacific Dungeness crab feast prepared by Skipper Mike accompanied by delicious sides from Courtyard's Chef Matt. Crab crackers and butter are provided at no charge. The bar will offer exciting space-themed craft cocktails & mocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.

How do I make sure I get seated with my friends? The best way to ensure you sit together is to purchase a table. If that doesn't work for you, please make sure every guest enters the same "Company or Group Name" when purchasing your tickets , and we will make every effort to seat you together.

How do I participate in the auctions? To join the silent auction, click the link above to register. Once registered, you can monitor and place bids directly from your smartphone, ensuring you don't miss out on any desired items. Remember, you can participate in the silent auction even if you can't make it to the Crab Feed.

You have to attend the Crab Feed to participate in the live auction, and you do NOT want to miss it! We have some wonderful items this year, and it's sure to be a blast. Plus we're bringing back "Best of Live" meaning you'll have the chance to win the live auction item of your choice (even a fantastic vacation) for only $100!

Can kids come to the Crab Feed? Unfortunately, no. This is a 21+ only event. But our wonderful Courtyard students put their stamp on it by creating beautiful art for the event space.

Is there anything I can do to help?

• You can donate an auction item. Your generosity makes a big impact. Pick up a donation form in the office or contact Chelsea Robinson at 916-792-3492 to arrange your donation.
• You can sponsor a table. Your $1,000 sponsorship includes a table for 10 and promotion of your business on all Crab Feed marketing materials and in the event space. Click the link above to purchase tickets and select "Bright Star Sponsorship" as your ticket type. We will contact you for your business information and logo for promotional materials.
• You can contribute a baked good to the dessert auction. The dessert auction is a beloved tradition and a highlight of the Crab Feed! Contact Katherine Shulke at [email protected] if you would like to contribute a dessert.

• You can spread the word. Please invite your friends and neighbors to join the fun!
