Private 4-course dinner prepared by renowned handmade pasta virtuoso Evan Funke of Felix Trattoria in Venice, Mother Wolf in Hollywood and Funke in Beverly Hills at your home for up to 20 people.

Experience includes paired wines and signed copies of Chef Funke's James Beard Awarded cookbook, American Sfoglino.

Evan Funke is the chef behind critically acclaimed Funke in Beverly Hills, Mother Wolf in Hollywood, Felix Trattoria in Venice, and a forthcoming Tuscan steakhouse, Tre Dita, opening in Chicago later this year. He is a culinary storyteller, a custodian of Italian tradition and a master of the old world techniques of handmade pasta. Featured in numerous on screen productions ranging from an eponymous documentary to a critically acclaimed docuseries called Shape of Pasta, he is also the author of award-winning cookbook American Sfoglino. Notably, Funke was selected as the featured chef for Vanity Fair's Oscar Party in 2022 and 2023.
