About Piece:

14 x 8
Spray PainT ,Acrylic Paint ,Metallic on Acrylic Board.

Hip Hop is Considered the News for the "Urban Areas". Unfortunately George Floyd will never see the impact he had on America after his Death. A wake up call to all on the Police. Brutality often seen but not rectified I depicted faceless Characters, because so many of us could be in either position. The man in uniform depicted cold and full of strength. The Victim ,weak and a face shape more like Delicatessen Meat. -.The WuTanG Symbol placed directly below both subjects. The title "Protect ya Neck" Was the first song my Mind could think of as I watched the infuriating scene. On The black frame of the piece are traces Blue and white spray paint representing the constant force and power of the "Blue" community on American civilians mainly of African descent.

About Artist:

Born in the Bronx in 1970, MACE was a studious kid whose favorite book was Where the Wild Things Are. Today, he's an accomplished artist creating in pen and ink, oils and aerosols. MACE's ever-evolving body of work refuses to stay in its own lane. He trains his loose but discerning eye on paper, canvas, and found materials like mini-speakers and toy pooches.
