Established in 2021 by Jarhn Blutstein, East End Mixology has thrilled clients around the Hamptons with fresh and original libations. Founder Jarhn decided to venture out of the restaurant and hotel industry and transitioned into the homes of the guests she loved crafting cocktails for.

When blueprinting new cocktails, Jarhn blurs the lines between classic and modern. With an acute sense of maintaining balance she keeps seasonality and local flavor profiles in the forefront at all times. Innovative batching techniques developed by Jarhn has streamlined cocktail execution allowing a seamless service to guests.

Founder Jarhn Blutstein has been working on the east end of Long Island in hospitality since 2014 . Most notably was her position as Beverage Director at Gurney's Montauk and Gurney's Star Island Resorts from 2017-2020. Jarhn has a passion for entertaining and creating elegant cocktails, in addition to an unmatched attention to detail and personalized hospitality.
