You will have hands on experience preparing and cooking a vegetarian meal to enjoy with Peter. Allow approx. 3 1/2 hours for the experience. Winning bidder will have an introductory conversation with Chef Berley to determine the lesson menu. On the day of the lesson you'll also receive a signed copy of one of Peter Berley's cookbooks.

For over 30 years Peter Berley has devoted himself to the development of local sustainable food systems and the fate of home cooking in America. Berley is the author of acclaimed books: The Modern Vegetarian, The Flexitarian Table and Fresh Food Fast. Berley has taught at The Institute of Culinary Education and The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City but is most often found a at home baking sourdough bread, fermenting vegetables, making cheese and feeding family and friends.
