Dinner will feature a customized multi-course menu, featuring a blend of traditional Thai flavors and modern culinary techniques. The menu will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, catering to dietary preferences and restrictions.

Curated by Darrell Loo, Waldo Thai's bar manager, each course will be accompanied by a handcrafted cocktail, enhancing the flavors and overall dining experience.

Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 19. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
