An in-person or video call will be scheduled, to gather information about your business and your design idea. Feel free to send your ideas/inspo/Pinterest board link for visuals. After reviewing discussing concepts, Mandy will create 2-3 mock ups to choose the direction of your brand. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and talk through the revisions (up to 5). Once the design is approved, she will send you all the final source files via email.

You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 19. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
