• Blackout dates include the month of November, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, New Years Eve, Easter Day, Valentine's Day.

You will be notified via the online auction website, Gesture, if you are the winning bidder. Expect an email from BBBSKC within 3 business days of your win in regards to your delivery options. You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 19. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
