The house is located just steps to the boardwalk and community pool and includes a view of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and screen porch, and additional views from upper deck!

Amenities include:

• Outside dining area and Blackstone
• Fully-stocked kitchen with Keurig Duo, for pots of coffee or K cups
• Each bedroom has a king bed and USB charging plugs and pen lights, for reading
• Outdoor shower and fish cleaning station
• A beach cart and 4 chairs, several coolers, pet playpen and other pet items are available for your use
• Furnished screen room

Blackout dates include all holiday weekends, the months of June and July. Must be mutually agreed upon dates.
