• Transcontinental Rum Line Panama 2011 - A company who sources casks from all over the rum-world then ages them in France to help accentuate the inherent flavors and add a unique quality to each bottling. This one is no different and needs to be savored to truly understand what TCRL is doing with these stellar products.
• 3 Fonteinen 'Hommage' Lambic 2018 - Purchased from the brewery in Belgium! This is a Lambic beer aged with 30% raspberries from Payottenland and 5% sour cherries. Tart, refreshing and able to age for 15 more years!
• Massican Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2022 - One of the valley's best white wines year in and year out. Dan Petroski produces high-tones, aromatic, gorgeous white wines in miniscule quantities with fruit sourced from picturesque vineyards across Napa.
• Geyer Cabernet Franc 'Seaside' 2018 - From the southern tip of the McLaren Vale in South Australia, Geyer is known for their infinitely age able reds and 'glou glou' styles as well. You'll find tons of dark blue fruits emanating from the glass with mint and cedar rounding out the flavors.
