The condo sleeps 7 with 2 bedrooms, a den, a pullout sleeper, and 3 full baths. On the main floor includes the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, large living room with fireplace, den with pullout queen couch, and full bath. On the lower level are two large bedrooms - a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, and a master bedroom with 2 queen beds, a fireplace, and a full bath. Both the upper and lower levels have walk-out decks facing the lake, with a hot tub situated on the lower deck off the master bedroom. The condo is available year-round but dates must be confirmed with the owner. The home is for a 7-night stay Friday to Friday. Mutually agreed upon week.

The condo is also close to casinos on both the North Shore and in South Lake Tahoe and restaurants of every cuisine and price.
