The Ranch Hudson Valley is excited to welcome you! This renowned luxury fitness and wellness retreat is based on the award-winning program in Malibu, California. The Ranch features acclaimed, results-orientated fitness and wellness programs, with a focus on being in nature.

The 3-night, 4-day group program takes place an hour outside New York City from Monday - Thursday.

Each full day includes an option of two or four-hour morning mountain hikes, nap time, afternoon strength and core training classes, yoga and daily massage, complemented by a nutrient dense, plant-based diet. This is your chance to experience The Ranch's transformational program at their newest location, Hudson Valley, New York.
