Halter Heifers- All cattle are healthy, vaccinated, DNA verified, broke to lead, and have been set up a few times (with the exception of lot 15). Seller retains the right to 2 successful flushes- guaranteed at least 6 embryos each flush, at the seller's expense.

Bulls-All bulls are virgin bulls and are healthy, vaccinated, DNA verified, and have passed a breeding soundness exam in the last 60 days. On lots 11 and 14 we retain 50% semen interest, and no possession.

All cattle must be picked up at Triple Crown Ranch within 10 days of the close of the sale. After 10 days the buyer will be charged $30 a day.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 2 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 2 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 2 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
