Off the kitchen, there is a spacious dining area, living area and full bathroom. The dining area features seating for 8. There is additional seating in the kitchen island. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a gas fireplace. There are three bedrooms on the main level. The first bedroom is a full bed with bar door. The second bedroom features king bedroom with attached bathroom en-suite. The master bathroom features single vanity and tiled shower. The third bedroom also features a king bed and is attached to a large bathroom with vanity and tiled shower/tub combo.

Enjoy the natural sunlight throughout the home with an abundance of windows. As you venture downstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, living space, and full bathroom. The first bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom features two twin over full bunks and bean bags. The perfect oasis for kids and teens! The living room features a second hang-out space with sofa and TV.

Venture in the backyard to find a river retreat, complete with firepit, propane grill, and a covered outside area with picnic tables, bar area, and TV! The House also features a large flat grassy yard in front of the house perfect for relaxing, yard games, and fun for kids and adults alike!
