Reservations must be booked 60 days before travel. Reservations must be booked within 12 months, and travel must be completed within 24 months of notification. Once confirmed, all reservations are final. Packages may not be transferred or resold. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and nonrefundable.

Tickets will either be available for pick up at the event or will be mailed to the winning bidder, a minimum of a week before the event.

The NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, branded as NCAA March Madness and commonly called March Madness, is a single-elimination tournament played each spring in the United States, currently featuring 68 college basketball teams from the Division I level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), to determine the national championship. The 2024 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament will be played at University of Phoenix Stadium, after initially being played there in 2017. Games will be played on April 6 and 8, 2024 at State Farm Stadium.
