She also holds a certificate in Mineral Bone Density Management in Kidney Disease, offering extensive nutrition counseling and consulting services to patients with chronic diseases, and for those who wish to optimize their health and improve their lifestyles.

She's passionate about providing the most Integrative Approach to medical weight loss and management, acute and chronic kidney disease, diabetes management, and gastrointestinal disorders (including food sensitivity testing). Her goal is to help teach her patients how to make nutritionally sound food choices to help improve and shorten the recovery process, prevent diseases, and maintain a healthy lifestyle by developing a positive relationship with food, mind, and body. Shima will work with you to determine which foods best address your specific situation and lead to your optimal health, using a functional and integrative approach.
