Chef Mike Harden , Owner of LobsterCraft in Fairfield, CT will come into your home and create a meal for 14.

It is preferred to have at least 1 month heads up so he can come to prepare, scheduling, staff, food, etc

The meal will start with a large ready to serve salad, a soup per person ( When they schedule, they have a choice between Lobster Bisque or Clam Chowder), and our 3 most popular rolls : Coastal, Heatwave, & Dirty Maynard served with a side of chips.

Will bring 2 staff - Captain Mike himself & someone to assist.

Should last usually 2 - 2.5 hours for full meal. (1 hour prep & 1 hour cleanup to prevent any issues would make it 4 hours in total)

The party host should be responsible for utensils, plates, tables etc. We will work with host to make sure presentation turns out well.

We will do full clean up including dishes, trash, kitchen appliances etc.

If they do want to NOTE: If "WINNER" wants to add extra guests, they need to contact us ahead of time and it will be $40 per person added.

We will provide contract to host when they contact us to plan a date!

Instructions on how to redeem this delicious and fun event will be sent to the winner following Speaking of Women by FedEX.

There could be an extra cost for travel.
