Not valid for the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, President's Weekend, and 4th of July. One-Week Stay to be used by 12/31/24. Dates to be agreed upon by winner and donor and subject to availability. No pets. Winner to pay a $365 cleaning fee as well as a refundable Security Deposit of $2000.
