Signed Yitzak Rabin Photo with Letter from his desk.

Yitzhak Rabin's most significant achievement was arguably the signing of the Oslo Accords in 1993. As the Prime Minister of Israel, Rabin played a pivotal role in these historic peace agreements with the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). The Oslo Accords marked a breakthrough in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, outlining a framework for future negotiations and establishing the Palestinian Authority to govern parts of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Rabin, along with PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat and Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994 for their efforts in pursuing peace in the region. Unfortunately, Rabin's legacy was cut short when he was assassinated in 1995 by an extremist opposed to the peace process.
