The house is 3,400 square feet and 4 bed/4.5 baths directly on the boardwalk in Newport Beach.
This beautiful home is located on the sand at 17th Street, a great location for families.

The house has air conditioning, baby gates on the staircase and is stocked with beach cruisers, surfboards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, etc.

Upstairs:
• Master Bedroom - King bed w/ Queen sofa bed & amazing views of the ocean
• Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed
• Bedroom #3 King Bed w/ Queen sofa bed
Downstairs -
• Bedroom #4 - King bed (all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms)
The house is three (3) blocks from many restaurants and shops at the Newport Beach Pier and is across the Street from Marina Park Playground/Community Center on the bay, the perfect location for small children.
