IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION

Participating in the Silent Auction

Our Auction is OPEN TO PREVIEW NOW, bidding will be OPEN on September 25, 2023.  The LIVE Auction is on Thursday - October 12, 2023 at the Copper Cork in Clearfield.  Doors open at 5:30 PM, auction will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  The Silent Auction will close at 6:30 PM, and the Live Auction will begin at 7:00 PM.

Tickets are on sale now!  If you attend the live auction, there will be several items to bid on "LIVE" and will only be available the night of the auction.  To view these items, they start at #600.

ITEM RETRIEVAL INSTRUCTIONS

• At the end of your purchase, click on PAY, finalize your transaction, PRINT YOUR RECEIPT, or screenshot it. You must show your receipt when picking up your merchandise.

• If you attend the Auction at the Copper Cork Event Center, you can take your items home with you that night.

• We will be busy finalizing the sales on Friday, therefore you will NOT be able to pick up anything on Friday.

Starting Saturday - October 14, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, items will be available for pick up at the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging, Inc. office located at 600 Cooper Road in Curwensville, PA. If you can't pick up your items on Saturday, our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
