Silent Auction Rules

•  All are invited to bid online.
• To bid, register at www.chiselers2024.givesmart.com
• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be granted. All items are sold as is.
• The Chiselers believe all descriptions and commentaries accompanying the auction items are correct, however, The Chiselers, Inc. makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the items.
• Measurements are approximate and not exact.
• Bidders are anonymous.
• Bidding on all items will end at 1:00pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024. 
• Check-out will be online with a credit card only.
• Full payment for all items is required at check-out. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
• Paid items must be picked up on Sunday, March 10, 2024, between 10a.m. until 2:00p.m.
• Items must be physically picked up from the auction site located at The University of Tampa; 401 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33606; Plant Hall, Grand Salon. No items will be shipped or delivered.
• If purchasing furniture or large items, be sure to arrange for help to get it to your vehicle. We do not have staff to move large items. You must make your own arrangements for pick-up and delivery.
• The Chiselers are not responsible for any damage to items won once it has been picked up from the Grand Salon in Plant Hall.
• No refunds will be issued on unclaimed items. All items not claimed by 2:00pm on Sunday, March 10, 2024, will be deemed 'unclaimed.'
