About Rachel Moore:

Rachel joined FIRST this year as the Senior Director of FIRST Tech Challenge. Bringing with her a wealth of history and experience working with FIRST programs as a supplier, volunteer, and program delivery partner. She has since immersed herself in all things FIRST Tech Challenge. Rachel is responsible for the current program execution as well as the road map to future growth which includes technology and working with the other senior Directors to create more seamless alignment between all FIRST programs.

Prior to joining FIRST, Rachel worked as an engineering manager on the facilities team at Texas Instruments supporting the start up and operation of the companies' two largest 300mm analog semiconductor fabrication facilities capable or producing more than 100 million chips daily at full production.

Rachel received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

A 30-minute virtual session will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.
