Located just 10 minutes from Tulum on a semi-private white sand beach, this 4000 sq. ft. luxury property has it all. Its location on the beach of Soliman Bay is private and yet close to all the action. The villa offers plenty of space for everyone with outdoor lounging and dining areas, a large private pool, multiple areas to lounger and hammocks on the beach. There is a rooftop balcony, ideal for watching the sunsets and looking out over the ocean. Everything is modern and up to date. The 4 en suite bedrooms have marble bathrooms and balconies with ocean views. The waterfall pool has a BBQ area with an easy-to-use gas grill and plenty of counter space. Parking, beach towels, purified water and professional cleaning service 6 days per week is included. Enjoy a large palapa on the beach, which provides plenty of shade for taking a siesta in one of the colorful hammocks. The roof has been designed with a wonderful seating area for watching the sunrise, working on your tan, watching the millions of stars on a clear night, or throwing a great rooftop party.
