CenterPointe is a whole-health provider specializing in mental health and substance use care through a bio-psycho-social, housing-first model. CenterPointe offers a broad continuum of more than 40 programs in the areas of crisis response, treatment, rehabilitation, housing, primary care, and peer support. Guided by our holistic approach of open arms and open minds and by our steadfast belief that every person can recover. We are helping people get better, sooner, for longer. 
 
CenterPointe has a strong history of leadership in the field of mental wellness and substance use. CenterPointe began in 1973 as Lincoln Lancaster Drug Projects, also known as Full Circle. In the 1980s CenterPointe became one of the first programs in the nation to offer integrated substance use and mental health care. In recognition that safe permanent housing was essential for recovery we added housing services during 1990s and later adopted a housing-first model, prioritizing permanent housing as a first step to recovery.  
 
Our spectrum is inclusive, serving men and women, civilians and veterans, religious and nonreligious individuals. We welcome all sexual orientations and gender identities. Most individuals served experience both severe and persistent mental illness and addiction issues. Nearly every individual CenterPointe serves has very low or no income when they enter our programs and more than 50% of people are experiencing homeless when they come into outpatient services.  
 
In 2023 CenterPointe celebrated the opening of our newest project, a state-of-the-art, fully integrated health clinic offering mental health, substance care, primary care, and pharmacy services, all under one roof. Campus for Health and WellBeing will have a tremendous positive impact on the community, giving people the tools and resources they need to build resiliency and live their best life possible.
