EVENT NIGHT DETAILS:

Get ready for a great time at Gala in the Grove this Friday, November 17! We can't wait to celebrate with you. Please see below for a few important details.

Location:

First Financial Club at TQL Stadium
1501 Central Parkway
Cincinnati, OH 45214

Agenda:

5:30pm: stadium tours (see below for more information)
6:00pm-6:50pm: cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres
7:00pm-9:00pm: dinner and program
9:00pm: stadium tours, dancing, and auction checkout

Stadium tours: We're offering exclusive stadium tours, courtesy of our friends at TQL Stadium, at 5:30pm and again right after the program! The tours are first come, first serve, and can accommodate up to 20 people. Allow 30-40 minutes for the tour.

Attire: Cocktail attire is suggested. Bring comfortable shoes if you plan to participate in a stadium tour, or dancing shoes!

Parking: East Garage
1507 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45214

Enter garage from Central Parkway. Press Button and take parking ticket to enter garage. Proceed to park.
If parked on P3, exit garage through grey door next to vehicle entrance OR elevators by pressing 3R.
If parked on P2 or P1, exit garage through grey pedestrian door on South side of garage OR take the
elevators to 3R.

THEN turn right and take the sidewalk to the pedestrian ramp down to First Financial Club.

If you need easy access to the front door for drop-off, please use 1501 Central Pkwy, Cincinnati OH 45214 for your GPS driving location. You will see our main grand staircase and an entrance to the East Garage. SOUTH of the garage entrance on Central Parkway you will see a small alley (located next to a large network signal tower). Pull down that alley and park next to the entrance to the marked First Financial Club.

You can temporarily park there to unload, then will pull your car into the East Garage for event parking.

We'll provide a voucher for your parking at the end of the evening.
