The space
The main house is the building available for guests. Garage and barns are not available as they are used for maintenance and office/studio. No parties are allowed. House is for passive use of guests, the number of which may not exceed stated and agreed upon guest count. Movie filming is allowed by prior agreement, subject to special considerations and fees.

Guest access
Complete access to the main house and grounds. Outbuildings house owner's maintenance equipment and vehicles so they are not included. Owner retains access to garage and barns 24/7 for work and maintenance purposes.
