Funding for 1st-grade manipulatives: Empower diverse learners!

I am requesting funds to acquire a set of reading, math, and science manipulatives for my 1st-grade classroom. These manipulatives include items such as counters, base-ten blocks, letter tiles, sorting materials, phonics learning activities, and math learning activities. My primary objective is to transform the learning experience for our students, making it more interactive and engaging.

Ultimately, this project will profoundly impact our students by creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse learning styles, fosters deeper understanding, and inspires a lifelong love for learning. Haskin Elementary School, situated in Center, Colorado, serves a diverse and economically disadvantaged community. The school's demographics reflect the surrounding area, with 91% of its student population belonging to minority groups. Moreover, an overwhelming 92% of our students face economic and language disadvantages, which pose significant barriers to their educational success.
