We are delighted that you have decided to join us!


JoCo IHN's 12th Annual Auction


Join us September 28th from 5:30 - 9 p.m. at Fiorella's Event Space 9000 W. 137th Street, Overland Park, KS 66221.

The evening's program will include a cocktail hour, Heads or Tails Game, Silent and Live Auctions, and the Mission Moment with auctioneer, Shannon Mays from Raising Paddles LLC.

Silent auction bidding opens at 10am on Monday, September 18th, and concludes before the live auction event kicks off on Thursday, September 28th.

 

Registration deadline is September 15th! So don't delay!

Before the event, you'll have the chance to preview and place bids on the silent auction items using your mobile phone. We are using the mobile bidding & silent auction platform, GiveSmart. Keep an eye out for emails containing highlights and additional details, as silent auction bidding is set to commence on September 18. 

An enjoyable evening awaits, featuring entertaining games, delicious cuisine, incredible items for both silent and live auctions, and, above all, a chance to show your support for JoCo IHN.   

The attire for the evening is smart casual.

  

Schedule of event for the evening of September 28th
 

5:30 - 6:30pm  Registration, Cocktail Hour, Purchase Games - Heads or Tails and the Golden Ticket raffle, & Silent Auction
 

6:30 - 7:30pm  Dinner & Silent Auction
Indulge in a Jack Stack Barbecue buffet, offering mouthwatering beef brisket, pulled pork, and BBQ bone-in chicken, accompanied by delectable side dishes. 

*Kindly indicate during your registration if you prefer the vegan choice.  (Garden Salad with Balsamic Dressing and Roasted Cauliflower steak, with chef's seasonal preparation).

 

7:30 - 8:30pm Heads or Tails Game, Program and Live Auction, Golden Ticket winner announced
 

8:30 - 9:00pm Conclusion and Check Out (During registration, save your credit card information to avoid waiting in the Check-Out line.)
