With roots dating back 18 years as the one of the original chefs of Rick Erwin's West End Grille, Jason's journey began just six months after the restaurant's grand opening. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC, Jason blends his educational foundation with hands-on experience, crafting memorable dining experiences.

Currently serving as the Corporate Chef for Rick Erwin Dining Group, Jason orchestrates the culinary departments across all six locations around the Upstate. Beyond his culinary mastery, he serves as a pillar of support for the Executive Chefs under his guidance, fostering a collaborative environment that echoes the company's commitment to creating the most memorable dining experiences in the Upstate.

• There is no fee to enter, but if your name is chosen, you agree to donate $500 to the Meyer Center for Special Children for the chef's in-home services for maximum of 8 guests. Food cost not included.
