Executive Chef, Malaki Craft began working in the hospitality industry at age 15 and over the next few years he moved up from dishwasher at an asian bistro to a cook at his father's kitchen at a country club. After high school, he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, CA. Chef Craft has worked in the culinary industry in Louisiana, Napa Valley, South Florida, Jupiter Florida and moved his growing family to Easley, SC where he became the Executive Chef of Rick Erwin's Clemson in 2021. Craft loves the controlled chaos of a busy service when everything works like a well oiled machine. His favorite dishes to create are charcuterie and fresh pasta. Now overseeing culinary operations at Rick Erwin's Clemson and The Vista, His goal is to create a memorable experience for guests that far exceeds their expectations and to provide an environment where they can have a great time.

• There is no fee to enter, but if your name is chosen, you agree to donate $500 to the Meyer Center for Special Children for the chef's in-home services for maximum of 8 guests. Food cost not included.
