Terms: Charter to be taken in May or June 2024 only on a mutually agreed upon date. Expires July 2024. Food and beverages are not included but customers are welcome to bring beer or wine. Hard Liquor is strictly prohibited. Drugs are strictly prohibited. The "Thacher Beach House" has an occupied studio apartment in the basement; the tenant does not use the yard, decks, or parking in the driveway. The cooler will need to be picked up at the Fairmont night of the event or at the JAF office.
