Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and opened on Memorial Day in 2010, this private course is a tribute to American patriotism, honoring the nation's heroes through its design and ethos

The course meanders through diverse terrains, including marshlands, woodlands, limestone canyons, and prairies, offering golfers a dynamic and picturesque setting. Notably, the opening hole, named "George Washington," features a dramatic 130-foot drop from the tee to the fairway, setting the tone for a round filled with strategic challenges and breathtaking views.

Each hole is thoughtfully named after a prominent American figure, reinforcing the club's patriotic theme. A unique tradition at The Patriot is the daily playing of "Taps" at 1:00 PM, during which play pauses to honor fallen service members, exemplifying the club's deep respect for the nation's heroes.

Beyond the course, The Patriot Golf Club is home to the Folds of Honor Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships to the families of fallen and disabled service members.
