Incarnate Word is selling $100 for a chance to win free tuition for the 2024-2025 School Year at Incarnate Word. Tickets are available for purchase between Friday, October 20, 2023 and Monday December 18, 2023. The winner will be drawn on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

The free tuition will be applied to all children who are enrolled by the winning family in the 2024-2025 school year. All children that receive the award must be part of the same household; ticket can be purchased by anyone (family or otherwise). Recipient(s) of each raffle ticket will be entered at the time of purchase. This cannot be transferred. This tuition has a maximum potential value of $13,000.00. It does not include any application fees, technology/textbook fees, or any other fees.

The tuition winner must:

1. Apply the prize to a student(s) enrolled in Incarnate Word for the 2024-2025 School Year,

or

2. Donate the prize to Incarnate Word's tuition assistance program. If this option is selected, then the amount equal to the winner's original ticket value is what will go towards the tuition assistance program.

Example Scenarios:

Ex: Parent(s) with one child in the school in the 2024-2025 School Year purchase a raffle. As winner, their ticket would be valued at $5,960.00 (the cost of tuition for one child). This amount can be applied to their tuition for the 2023-2024 School Year, or that value can be donated to the IW Tuition Fund.

Ex: Grandparent(s) with multiple grandchildren in the school purchase a raffle ticket. At time of purchase, they must indicate which 'family' of grandchildren that ticket is for; one of their raffle tickets is pulled - that ticket will indicate which family would receive the gifted tuition.

Ex: Aunt purchases raffle ticket and marks the intended recipient for her niece and nephew that are part of different households. Aunt wins ticket; recipients are not valid - minimum value amount ($5,960) is transferred to the Annual Tuition Fund in the winner's name.

*Incarnate Word Gala Committee will attempt to validate each ticket's recipients prior to the raffle to ensure that the ticket is valid and can be utilized.

*A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold. If 130 are not sold, this raffle will convert to a 50/50.
