This is your chance to begin a sustainable, realistic workout program and lifestyle change!This package includes three one-hour (one-on-one) workout sessions. Initial session will consist of determining overall goals, a brief health/fitness/lifestyle assessment, scheduling of sessions, and the development of a fitness plan.
Session activities will be tailored to the client's needs and goals. Examples of activities include: resistance training, circuit training, HIIT, endurance training, sport-specific exercises, flexibility, and yoga. Each one hour session will take place at a location and time agreed upon by the client and trainer. The trainer will provide all necessary equipment.
Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology; Adjunct Professor in Kinesiology and Sports Sciences at the University of Miami; American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer; American Red Cross AED/CPR Professional Rescuer Certified; Strength, Flexibility and Conditioning coach for AKS/SoFlo Swim Team; 25+ years of experience as a competitive endurance athlete; 17 years of practice of Ashtanga yoga.
