This bright, airy condo features a luxurious queen bed with a comfortable sitting area, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dishwasher makes clean-up easy! Enjoy the (nearly!) full-sized refrigerator and freezer as well as a dedicated ice maker. Guests also enjoy a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker to round out a great list of amenities.

Just steps away from pristine emerald waters and sugar sand beaches, Seaside Sanctuary guests also enjoy a quick walk to private beach access and a community pool. Located on the south side of Highway 30A, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this Gulf-front community offers a large sunny pool and private gated beach entrance. You'll enjoy swift access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Come experience the Emerald Coast firsthand, with restaurants, shops, bike riding, shore fishing, snorkeling, kayaking and majestic sunrises and sunsets all at your front door. Seaside Sanctuary is the perfect place for easy access to a wonderful relaxing visit to the beaches of 30A.

Five night/Six day stay (must be used for one consecutive visit). Guests must be 25 or older. No pets. No smoking.

*Emerald is currently undergoing exterior renovations so the available dates have been pushed out to accommodate these renovations so they don't interfere with your experience.

Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking, the winning bidders may choose their own dates for 5 day/6 night (consecutive) stay. You will not be responsible for cleaning fee. The reservation will be made through owner, not through the management company.
